With the recent success of her projects - Bride for Rent and Bakit hindi ka Crush ng Crush mo, isn't it fitting to give Kim Chui's status a notch higher. A "queen" title perhaps instead of princess.
ABS-CBN has given several female stars superstardom status, all at the same time - Bea Alonzo, Anne Curtis, Angel Locsin, Angelica Panganiban and Sarah Geronimo. On another set of stars, there's Julia Montes, Katryn Bernardo. As opposed to the rival network which singles out Marian Rivera as the queen and all others at a lower tier such as Heart Evangelista and Lovi Poe.
Kim has gone a long way from the reality TV's PBB house, which is not a talent search. She started with an irritable acting which can now be considered passable. She does drama in teleseryes and comedy in films. Though comparable to Maricel Soriano, her career is distinct.
